In order to find the locations of the e-bikes and the electric charging stations, you must choose the corresponding filter on the Nextbike app. For more information press here.
Notes:
If the charge on the E-Bike is too low, you will not be able to use the electric assist.
All nextbikes must be returned to official nextbike station, otherwise extra charges will be applied.
In the “Temporary Stop” mode, the rental time is still running and the charging continues.
It is strictly forbidden for bicycles to cross the green line and be transported in the occupied areas.
Note: All nextbikes MUST be returned to an official station. Any attempt to return a nextbike outside of an official location will result in an additional fee.
Before being able to take off on your first ride, first you have to activate your customer's account by verifying your means of payment (Credit Card or debit).
Upon confirming your payment method, you will be charged 10€.
This 10€ will be credited to you as a starting credit and can be used with all tariffs.
After debit via Credit Card your customer account will be activated immediately. Debitting via credit transfer may take up to four days.
You can change your means of payment at any time.
